Licensed cultivation
We are developing our cultivation project within the scope of our existing license and the related permit processes. We are planning our operational preparations together with our production responsibilities.
Licensed for medical cannabis cultivation in Türkiye, Novalis is putting Kings Pharmaceutical’s production vision into practice. We are developing a production structure focused on controlled cultivation.
Novalis Pharma is a company licensed for medical cannabis cultivation in Türkiye, with 100 percent of its shares held by Kings Pharmaceutical. Its role is to develop the group’s medical cannabis production activities.
We are building our cultivation infrastructure starting from the quality requirements of the target raw material. The plant’s production history, controlled conditions and documented processes are the foundation of the model we are developing. Our aim is to create a lasting production structure that brings Türkiye’s production potential into the pharmaceutical value chain.
To develop a controlled and traceable production structure for licensed medical cannabis cultivation in Türkiye — bringing the quality requirements of the target raw material to the very start of the cultivation plan, so that it lays a sound foundation for the pharmaceutical stages that follow.
To become a cultivation company that contributes to the growth of Türkiye’s medical cannabis production capacity and, through technical discipline and a long-term approach to production, takes its place in the international value chain.
We are developing our cultivation project within the scope of our existing license and the related permit processes. We are planning our operational preparations together with our production responsibilities.
We assess the production environment, the needs of the plant and the target quality criteria together. We are basing our facility and process design on production conditions that can be monitored.
We are preparing a structure built on the integrity of information, from production material through to post-harvest batch records. Access to the history of every batch is, for us, an integral part of the production model.
We approach cultivation together with the requirements of the processing stages that follow it. Our focus is on defining raw material specifications and delivery criteria at the outset of production planning.
At the center of the system we are building at Novalis is consistent raw material that is fit for its intended use. We are developing the cultivation plan alongside its technical requirements, the record-keeping structure alongside day-to-day operations, and the production target alongside long-term supply needs. In this way, we aim to build growth on a solid production foundation.
At Novalis, we do not treat cultivation readiness as a stand-alone investment in a facility. We design the product target, the production conditions and the information flow of the operation together.
We determine the intended use and target quality attributes of the raw material to be produced, and build the requirements of later processing stages into the cultivation plan.
We are developing the facility and operational layout required for controlled cultivation, with the aim of a production environment that can be monitored and processes that can be run repeatably.
We plan responsibilities, daily processes and production records within a single structure. We treat the preservation of batch history as one of the core elements of the cultivation model.
We assess operational preparations and the related permit conditions together. The timeline for moving into production will be set in line with the completion of these preparations.
We consider the value of medical cannabis cultivation together with how the raw material it will yield is to be used in later stages. We do not define our production target by quantity alone; raw material identity, production history and delivery criteria are also part of the plan. This approach supports a clearer technical relationship between cultivation and pharmaceutical processing.
